Hedging at your own expense

Act Trader hedges its obligations to counterparties. For this purpose, we use only our own money - client funds are not raised under any circumstances.

Compensation fund

Act Trader clients' funds are further protected by The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If a broker goes out of business, goes bankrupt or for other reasons loses the ability to fulfill obligations to clients, investors are entitled to compensation of up to £50,000.

Client funds are kept in segregated accounts - separate from Act Trader funds. Even if the broker defaults, client funds will not be used to satisfy the claims of creditors - and therefore guaranteed to be returned.
